REFUND POLICY
At Shiny Shards, each piece is handmade with care. I want you to love your purchase, and I'm happy to help if there is an issue with your order.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.
To start a return, please contact shinyshardsglass@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact shinyshardsglass@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
To help process your claim, please include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- Your order number
If the damage occurred during shipping or an incorrect item was sent, Shiny Shards will cover the cost of a replacement or refund, including any necessary shipping expenses.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged through improper handling after delivery
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
